Guardian Gun Works Layaway Program

**To place an item on layway you will need to contact Guardian Gun Works.  Items from our online store can be placed on layaway, however, we do not have a streamline process to do it as an online checkout, at this time.  So please reach out to us for your questions or layaway needs**

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Items will be placed on "layaway" the day your order is placed.

* The layaway service will be for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days.

* All layaways must be paid for in full and arranged to be picked up within fifteen (15) days of final due date.  If not, the order will be       canceled and returned to stock. A cancelation and restocking fee of $50.00 will be deducted from store credit for any deposit and installment payments   made.

* Fee: A $15.00 fee will be applied to place items on layaway.  There is no interest or other fees applied (with the exception of paying by credit card) to                  use our layaway service.

* Down Payment: An initial fifteen (15) percent down payment is due when the order is placed.

* Payments: Future payments will be bi-weekly (every two) weeks.  The layaway period is based on full payment final due date and will be four (4), eight      (8), or twelve (12) weeks.  The payment will be divided equally by the layaway length and will include sales tax and shipping fees.  Payment may be             made via cash, check, money order, or cashier's check.  If paying by credit card, surcharge fees of 3% will be added.

* Late Payments: Layaways that are delinquent by seven (7) or more days may be canceled by Guardian Gun Works. Cancelations will incur a                                                restocking and cancelation fee of $50.00 per item.

* Cancelation: If written notice is provided by the customer to Guardian Gun Works within fourteen (14) days of the layaway agreement/initial purchase                               a full refund on the items purchased will be provided. No cancelation or restocking fee will be applied.

                         If cancelation occurs after day fourteen (14), the customer will be provided store credit only. This will be for deposit and any installment                                 payments made, less a restocking and cancelation fee of $50.00 per item.

POLICY

- Items will be put on "layaway" the day the order and agreement are executed.

- The layaway service period will not exceed ninety (90) calendar days.

- Failure of buyer to meet the requirements of layaway will result in forfeiture of all payments and the merchandise will become available for others to            purchase.

- The customer may make additional payments at any time without penalty.  Once the purcahse is paid in full it will eligible for pickup as noted in the              Terms and Conditions.

- There are no returns on layaway items.  Please ensure the items are exactly what you want PRIOR to placing on layaway and entering into agreement       for purchase.  We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges for items on layaway.

- Failure to make timely payments on layaway items will results in forfeiture of any payments made.  There will be NO exceptions to this policy!
